摘　　要：大学生创业素质和创业能力的培养是创业教育培养模式的核心内容。创业素质包括创业心理和创业精神。在创业教育中,创业心理和创业精神的培养可以促进创业意识的产生、创业行为的实施。要通过提高学生创业心理意识和创业精神的水平,塑造学生的创新思维能力和创新行为能力,塑造学生的创业观念和创业的主观能动性,提高学生自主创业和自主创新的能力。College students＇ entrepreneurial qualities and entrepreneurial ability is the most important of entrepreneurship education training mode, and entrepreneurial qualities include entrepreneurial mentality and entrepreneurial spirit. In entrepreneurship education, training of entrepreneurship mentality and psychological can promote the generation of sense and implementation of behavior, improving students＇ psychological sense and entrepreneurial level, can shape students＇ creative thinking and innovation capacity, shape students＇ entrepreneurial ideas and entrepreneurial initiative, improve students＇ ability of self-entrepreneurship and innovation.
