摘 要:为研究β-环糊精(β-CD)高吸水性树脂对萘乙酸(NAA)的持药性能,采用水溶液聚合法合成含萘乙酸β-CD接枝交联丙烯酸(AA)-丙烯酰胺(AM)高吸水性树脂,利用小麦种子生物测定法测定了含NAA的吸水树脂对小麦芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用。利用FTIR,SEM等表征和分析了产物的结构形态和成分。通过方差分析表明:β-CD高吸水性树脂对NAA的持药和缓释性能显著高于对照,NAA与吸水树脂具有一定程度的化学交联。β-CD高吸水性树脂对NAA具有一定的持药和缓释性能。For studying the retention capacity of β -eyclodextrin super absorbent with Naphthylacetie acid, the β -cyclodextrin graft cross-linked acrylic acid-acrylamide super absorbent polymer with Naph- thylacetie acid was polymerized though solution polymerization. Its inhibitory effect on wheat bud, root length and the fresh weight was measured. The structure and the morphology were characterized by Fourier Trans-form Infrared Spectroscopy and Scanning Electric Microscope (SEN) analysis. The result showed the reten-lion capacity of β-eyelodextrin super absorbent with Naphthylacetie acid was well above the control group. The Naphthylacetic acid cross-linked with β-cyclodextrin super absorbent. The retention capacity of β -cyelodextrin super absorbent with Naphthylaeetic acid was well.
