摘　　要：参照工程机械再制造整个工艺流程,分析了工程机械再制造性设计应考虑的因素。对平地机摆架结构及装载机工作装置在再制造过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上充分考虑了原结构的再制造性改进设计,改进后产品的再制造性得到提高。改进结构已在公司新开发的产品中得到应用,使用效果良好。With reference to the whole process of remanufacturing of engineering machinery, the paper analyzes those factors to be considered for remanufacturing design of engineering machineries, and the problems existing in remanufaetur- ing process of the swing frame of grader and working device of the loader, with full consideration of improved remanufaetur- ing design of original structure. The improved structure shows better rernanufacturing effect, which has been applied in the new developed products, with great using results.
