摘 要:以江苏省泗洪县为例,利用近12年250 m地面分辨率的MODIS数据提取的增强植被指数EVI对该县以旬为时间间隔的作物长势情况进行评价.监测结果表明,2011~2012年稻麦轮作期内,除4月中旬外其余各旬小麦长势均好于典型丰产年及多年平均.小麦生长期内各旬长势劣于典型丰产年的面积至多占研究区总面积的13%,劣于多年平均的面积至多占研究区总面积的10%.2011~2012年稻麦轮作期内,除6月中旬外其余各旬水稻长势均好于多年平均,但8月中旬~9月下旬以及11月上旬水稻长势不及典型丰产年.水稻生长期内各旬长势劣于典型丰产年的面积至多占研究区总面积的48%,劣于多年平均的面积至多占研究区总面积的35%.此外,2011 ~2012年稻麦轮作期内小麦播种和收割进度均表现为旱作区早于水旱轮作区.通过野外实地观测,进一步证明了250 m地面分辨率的MODIS数据用于县级尺度作物长势监测的准确性与可行性.因此,将该方法推广到江苏省其他县市,不仅可以指导各县的农业生产、防灾减灾工作,也将推进江苏省县级尺度农情信息的业务化进程.Crop growth condition (CGC) monitoring is one of the most important methods for yield estimation and food security. The needs for CGC monitoring not only exist in large scale but also in medium or small scale. In this study, Sihong county of Jiangsu province was chosen to monitor the 10-day CGC by remote sensing data using over 600 moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) 250-m resolution images from 2000 to 2012. Enhanced vegetation index (EVI) was chosen for the monitoring after evaluation. By long-term monitoring, ground survey and correlation analyses, it was showed that except the second 10-day in April, the 10-day wheat growth conditions during 2011-2012 wheat-rice rota- tion periods were better than those in the corresponding time periods of the typical harvest year and the mean of the past 12 years. Except the second 10-day in June, the 10-day rice growth conditions during 2011-2012 wheat-rice rotation periods were better than those in the corresponding time periods of the mean of past 12 years, but were worse than those in the typical harvest year during the key developmental peri- ods. The areas of CGC worse than the typical harvest year accounted for no more than 48% and 13% for rice and wheat of the studied area, whereas the area of CGC worse than the mean value of muhiple years accounted for no more than 35% and 10% for rice and wheat. The winter wheat sowing and reaping progress of the dry fields were earlier than the paddy fields during the 2011-2012 wheat-rice rotation periods. Because of the free availability and frequent cover- age of the MODIS data, the cost-effective assessment here by using MODIS 250-m resolution images may serve as a tem- plate applicable to other counties of Jiangsu province to reduce and prevent the agricultural disaster.
