摘  要:为探讨大黄素对克氏螯虾生长、非特异性免疫、肝脏抗氧化能力以及肠道消化酶的影响,选取了初始体质量为(7.25±0.24)g的克氏螯虾,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复60尾虾,分别在基础日粮中添加0mg/kg、25 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、75 mg/kg、100 mg/kg大黄素.饲养8周后,选取其中10尾规格适中的克氏螯虾,采集血液、肝脏、肠道,检测克氏螯虾的生长、血液、肝脏生化指标和肠道消化功能.结果表明:与对照组(不添加大黄素)相比,添加大黄素显著提高了克氏螯虾的增重率(P<0.05),添加75 mg/kg试验组成活率也显著提高(P<0.05).随着饲料中大黄素添加量的上升,血清溶菌酶活性、铜蓝蛋白含量、蛋白浓度、碱性磷酸酶活性、肝胰腺超氧化歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、谷胱甘肽含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势.血清溶菌酶活性、铜蓝蛋白含量、蛋白浓度以及肝胰腺过氧化氢酶活性、谷胱甘肽含量在大黄素添加75 mg/kg时达到最大值,血清的碱性磷酸酶活性和超氧化歧化酶活性在添加50 mg/kg时达到最大值.丙二醛活性则呈现先上升后下降的趋势.随着大黄素添加量的增加,肠道蛋白酶活性显著上升,而脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性无显著变化.综上所述,饲料中添加50~ 75 mg/kg大黄素可以显著提高克氏螯虾的生长性能、免疫功能和肝脏抗氧化以及肠道消化能力.Procambarus clarkii weighing (7.25± 0. 24) g were randomly divided into 5 groups, 3 replicates per group, and 60 shrimp per replicate. The first group was control, fed on basal diet, and other four groups were fed on the basal diet supplemented with 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 75 mg/kg, and 100 mg/kg emodin, respectively. After 8-week feeding, 10 moderate individuals were selected, and the blood, liver, intestine were collected to detect the growth performance, serum and hepatic biochemical indices, and intestinal digestive enzyme activities. Compared with con- trol, emodin supplementations significantly improved the weight gain (P〈O. 05) of Procambarus shrimp. The sur- vival rate was significantly increased (P〈 O. 05 ) by 75 mg/kg emodin supplementation. With the increase of emodin amount, serum lysozyme activity, ceruloplasmin content, protein concentration, alkaline phosphatase activity, hepato- pancreas superoxide dismutase activity, hepatopancreas hydrogen peroxidase activity and glutathione content showed the same trends of first increasing and then decreasing. The serum lysozyme activity, ceruloplasmin content, protein concentra- tion, hepatopancreas hydrogen peroxidase activity and glutathione content reached the maximum in the group with 75 mg/kg emodin supplementation, while serum alkaline phosphatase activity and superoxide dismutase activity reached the maximum in the group with 50 mg/kg emodin supplementation. The malondialdehyde activity showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. In conclusion, diets supplemented with 50-75 mg/kg emodin could significantly improve the growth per- formance, immune function, liver antioxidant caoacitv and digestive enzvmes of Procambarus clarkii.
