意杨木屑培养基不同培养条件对鲍鱼菇子实体产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：利用苏北地区丰富的意杨加工下脚料资源——意杨木屑为主要原料进行了鲍鱼菇的高效栽培技术生产试验,探讨了不同培养条件下意杨木屑培养料对鲍鱼菇菌丝生长和子实体产量及品质的影响,以及不同培养方式对子实体产量及品质的影响。结果表明:利用以意杨木屑为主要原料、添加少量棉籽壳的培养基栽培鲍鱼菇,进行脱袋覆土栽培,其子实体生物产量高、商品性状好,生物学转化率可达105%。Pleurotus abalonus has been cultivated and produced with the Italian poplar sawdust, a rich resource in northern Jiangsu province. The effects of different culture conditions and media on the yield and quality of the mycelia and fruit body of Pleurotus abalonus were studied. The results showed that Pleurotus abalonus cultured without plastic bag and covered with mud in Italian poplar sawdust medium added with a small amount of cotton seed shell could achieve high yield and good merchandise properties, and its biological conversion rate reached 105%.
