摘  要:本文以漳州市高星级酒店的高技能员工为研究对象,意图找出影响高技能员工流失倾向的因素.通过设计调查问卷,进行实证调查,共发放100份问卷,回收有效问卷95份,利用SPSS软件进行分析,结果表明高薪酬与福利、职业生涯与晋升通畅、考核公平与高技能员工的流失倾向负相关;外部环境良好与员工流失倾向之间正相关;薪酬与福利和外部环境能够显著预测高技能员工的流失倾向水平.最后根据研究结果提出了相关建议.Taking zhangzhou star hotels high-skilled talents as the search objects, the author tends to discover the influence factors of high-skilled talents turnover intention. Through designing questionnaires to cast a empirical investigation, the author carrying on 100 questionnaires and taking back 95. The results showed that the high pay and good welfare, career and advancement, evaluation fair and the loss of highly skilled employees tends to be negative correlation; positive correlation between good external environment and staff turnover tendency; compensations and benefits and the external environment can significantly predict the loss of highly skilled level. At last, the author puts forward to related suggestions according to the research results.
