摘　　要：在电磁场量统一性的基础上 ,指出了洛仑兹力公式中的速度 v是电荷相对观察者的运动速度 ,顺便述及安培力的成因。Based on the unity of the volume of electromagnetic field,it is brought to light that in the formula of Lorentz force,velocity v is the speed of the motion of electric charge relative to the observer.Meanwhile the author also expounds the cause of the formation of Ampere force.
