摘 要:目的观察暴露于不同强度微波辐射环境下的雷达作业人员的血清胃泌素含量的差异。方法选择某军区有雷达防护措施(防护组)和无防护措施(暴露组)的基层雷达部队男性战士各30名,正常男性30例作为对照组,采用放射免疫法检测血清胃泌素含量。结果暴露组血清胃泌素含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)和防护组(P<0.05),防护组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论微波辐射造成的应激可以使血清胃泌素含量上升,雷达防护措施有减轻辐射影响的作用。Objective To observe the differences in serum gastrin levels of radar operators exposed under different intensity of microwave radiation. Methods A total of 30 male soldiers in a radar unit under protective measures were selected as protection group,another 30 unprotected male soldiers were as exposure group,and 30 normal males were as control group. The contents of serum gastrin in the three groups were detected. Results The content of serum gastrin in exposure group was significantly higher than those in control group( P &lt; 0. 01) and protection group( P &lt; 0. 05),and that in protection group was significantly higher than that in control group( P &lt; 0. 01). Conclusion Microwave radiation can induce elevated content of serum gastrin,and protective measures for radar can relieve the radiation effect.
