摘 要:目的分析有无防护的雷达作业人员心电图差异。方法选择某军区有雷达防护措施(防护组)和无防护措施(暴露组)的基层雷达部队男性战士各30名,进行常规12导联心电图检测。结果检查结果显示无防护组心电图异常率高于防护组,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组心电图异常改变中,电轴偏移差异显著(P<0.05)。结论微波辐射可导致心电图异常,采取防护措施可以有效减轻辐射对雷达作业人员的影响。Objective To discuss the differences in electrocardiographic results of radar operators between exposed under microwave radiation and exposed under protective measure. Methods A total of 30 male soldiers in a radar unit under protective measures were selected as protection group,and another 30 unprotected male soldiers were as exposure group. The routine detection of 12-lead electrocardiogram was performed in the two groups. Results Results show that the rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in exposure group was higher than that in protection group,but the difference was not statistically significant( P &gt; 0. 05). There was an obvious difference in the axis shift during the change of abnormal electrocardiogram( ecg) in the two groups( P &gt; 0. 05). Conclusion Microwave radiation can induce abnormal ecg,and the protective measures can effectively relieve the radiation effect on radar operators.
