摘　　要：目的评价Bicon短种植体修复第二磨牙缺失的疗效。方法以非种植义齿侧为对照组,采用吸光度法测定2012年3月—2013年3月我科收治10例Bicon短种植体修复第二磨牙缺失患者种植后的咀嚼效能。同时对患者种植义齿修复后咀嚼功能的满意度进行问卷调查,分析Bicon短种植体单冠的咀嚼效能与其咀嚼功能问卷调查得分的相关性。结果 Bicon短种植体单冠修复的咀嚼效能与天然牙列无统计学差异(P>0.05),咀嚼效能的测试与患者的主观评分并不相关(W=0.141,P>0.05)。结论 Bicon短种植体单冠修复第二磨牙的咀嚼效能与天然牙列咀嚼效能相似,绝大多数患者对咀嚼功能表示满意。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Bicon short implant-supported denture in repair of second molar. Methods The masticatory functions of Bicon short implant-supported denture in repair of second molar and natural dentition of another side（ control group） in 10 inpatients during March 2012 and March 2013 were detected by absorptiometry. At the same time,the degree of satisfactions for masticatory function after repair was investigated with a questionnaire. The correlativity between single comb masticatory efficiency of Bicon short implant-supported dentures with the questionnaire scores was analyzed. Results The difference in masticatory efficiency between Bicon short implant- supported dentures with natural dentition was not statistically significant（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）,and the masticatory efficiency was not related with subjective scores evaluated by patients（ W = 0. 141,P ＆gt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Bicon short implant-supported dentures can have the similar masticatory function of normal teeth,and a majority of patients are satisfied with it.
