摘　　要：以多年食品生物化学实验教学经验为基础,为进一步提高实验课的教学效果,从实验教学方法、实验内容、实验考核方式和实验室建设4个方面,总结归纳改进实验课教学质量的措施和方法。In order to improve the teaching effect of food biochemistry experiment, this paper sums up the measures and methods to improve the experiment teaching quality from four aspects, which is the experiment teaching methods, experiment content, assessment methods and laboratory construction basing on the experimental teaching experiences of many years.
