摘 要:从底泥中分离出1株低温贫营养好氧反硝化细菌SY13,经常规生理生化鉴定和16SrDNA测序,鉴定出细菌SY13属于Acinetobacter sp.。考察了温度、pH、C/N比及接种量对菌株SY13硝酸盐还原活性的影响,初始硝酸盐浓度为15mg/L左右,温度为15℃时低温贫营养好氧反硝化细菌SY13的硝酸盐去除率为49.26%,在中性环境适应性较强,pH值为7.0时72h的硝氮去除率达到58.08%,随着C/N比不断增加,菌株SY13硝酸盐的去除效果逐渐增强,接种量为10%时,菌株SY13培养72 h后的硝氮去除率可达到59.62%。Aerobic denitrifying bacteria SY13 was isolated from the sediment under low temperatures and poor nutrition conditions. According to its physiological-biochemical identification, 16SrDNA gene sequence analysis, and pbylogenetic tree analysis, the bacteria SY13 was identified to belong to A cinetobacter sp.. The effects of temperature, pH,C/N ratio and bacterial inoculation on the activity of nitrate reduction were investigated. The strain SY13 was cultured in the medium containing 15 mg/L nitrate. When the temperature was 15℃, the strain SY13 had a desirable ability of aerobic denitrification, and the nitrate nitrogen removal rate was 49.26%. When the pH was 7.0, the removal efficiency of nitrate nitrogen was 58.08% after 72 h. As the C/N ratio increased to〉3.0, along with the increase of carbon-nitrogen ratio, the denitrifying rate increased. When the Acinetobactersp. was inoculated at a dose of 15%, the nitrate removal efficiency of strain SY13 reached 59.62%.
