摘  要:针对HIRFL加速器上可移动探测器的位置监控需要,利用台达PLC和伺服电机设计了一套控制精度好于0.01 mm的闭环运动控制系统。系统使用精度为1μm的光栅尺作为位置反馈元件和位置参考原点,PLC作为高速计数器和伺服电机的控制器,并通过串口服务器来实现局域网访问PLC。该系统已通过调试并能满足诊断系统中对控制运动的要求,目前已用于HIRFL-CSRe上的狭缝控制。For the demand of the position control of movable detectors on HIRFL accelerator, a position remote control system was designed, which was composed of a Delta PLC, a servo motor and a grating. The PLC was used as a high - speed counter and servo motor controller, a grating of I Ixm accuracy was selected as a displace- ment sensor and the reference home. It was a closed -loop motion control system, its accuracy can be reached to 0.01 ram. Furthermore, the PLC could be accessed remotely by the serial - ethemet server. According to the test result, the system showed a good performance on high precision control and satisfied the motion control de- mands of the beam diagnostic system. The system has been mounted on a set of slit on HIRFL - CSRe and will be used for other motion control applications
