摘　　要：台湾高等职业技术教育的发展推动了台湾产业结构调整和产业技术的升级,为台湾地区经济的持续发展提供了强大的人才支持。其和谐的育人环境、明确的培养目标、多样化的实用教学模式、务实的人才培养之道,都值得我们大陆学习。两岸职业教育的交流和交往,对大陆高等职业教育的改革和发展具有很好的启示。It is believed that the development of higher vocational education in Taiwan has been promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and the updating of industrial technology, and supplying powerfully expertise and intelligence support for the sustainable development of Taiwan＇s economy. China's Mainland can draw on the experience of Taiwan＇ s higher vocational education from the following aspects： how to create a harmonious ed- ucational environment, how to adopt pragmatic ways of expertise training, how to define clearly training objec- tives, how to implement a variety of practical teaching models, and how to employ effective approaches of culti- vating students professional ethics. China's Mainland＇s higher vocational education reform and development will benefit much from exchanges of vocational education ideas and experience with Taiwan.
