浓缩生长因子治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用浓缩生长因子凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡,对患者疼痛消失的时间及愈合时间的影响。方法选择136例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为实验组71例及对照组65例。实验组应用浓缩生长因子凝胶涂抹溃疡表面,3次/天;对照组用金因肽(重组人表皮生长因子)喷于溃疡表面,3次/天;比较两组溃疡愈合情况。结果疼痛消失的时间实验组3.25±0.32天,对照组4.61±0.54天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);溃疡愈合时间实验组5.15±0.74天,对照组6.81±0.78天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浓缩生长因子凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡可以缩短疼痛和愈合时间,具有应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect using the concentrated growth factors （CGF） in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer by observing the disappearance times of pain and the healing times.Methods 136 patients with ROU were divided into two groups ran-domly,71 in experimental group were treated with CGF ,three times a day;and 65 in control group were treated with rhEGF ,three times a day,the healing situations of ulcer in the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance times of pain in experimen-tal group and control group were 3.25 ±0.32 days and 4.61 ±0.54 days,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The healing times of ulcer in experimental group and control group were 5.15 ±0.74 days and 6.81 ±0.78 days,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion CGF can shorten the pain time and healing time in treatment of ROU ,which is worthy to be popularized.
