再担保的信息资源配置效率研究

摘　　要：再担保是为担保人设立的担保,当担保人无力承担担保责任时,再担保人将按协议约定向债权人继续承担责任,以保障债权的实现。本文从信息资源配置效率的视角,考察再担保如何改进信贷市场的信息传递,从而有效降低交易成本,促进资金从盈余方向稀缺方流动。Re-guarantee is a special kind of guarantee which is for the guarantee when it cannot meet the guarantee liability. This paper analyzes how to improve information transfer through re-guarantee from the angle of information resource allocation efficiency. It concludes that the development of re-guarantee development is important and sig- nificant to promote the fund flow.
