摘  要:本研究采用自动定氮仪测定人血白蛋白中总氮含量,并与凯氏定氮法(国标方法)测定结果进行比较。结果表明,两种方法的测定结果基本相同,两者无显著性差异。自动定氮仪测定人血白蛋白中氮含量可缩短实验时间近2/3,减少了人为因素的影响,具有自动化程度高、简便、快速的优点。In our study, automatic azotometer was used to detect the total nitrogen content of human serum albumin, and the results were compared with which were determined by Kjeldahl method (GB Method). The measurement results of the two methods were basically consistent, and no significant difference was observed. With automatic azotometer, the experimental time was shortened by nearly 2/3, and the human factors which would interfere with the results were reduced. In summary, automatic nitrogen analyzer showed several advantages, such as fast, convenient, and high automation.
