摘  要:针对中点箝位式三电平牵引逆变器,重点研究了其多模式PWM调制中的同步调制阶段,给出一种可以实时计算开关角的中间60°同步调制方法。对于不同载波比条件,分析了中间60°同步调制的原理,得出了调制波基波幅值指令与开关角的解析关系式,并探讨了多模式下不同调制模式的切换条件。利用该方法建立了三电平逆变器-异步电机驱动系统仿真模型,对异步调制、5分频同步调制、3分频同步调制及方波工况进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法下三电平逆变器输出波形对称性良好,在载波比较低时能够保证输出电压基波幅值满足要求,并可实现不同调制模式的平滑切换。A central 60° synchronous modulation method was presented 2br neutral point clamped three-level inverter used in the multi-mode PWM modulation strategy, which could calculate switching angle in real time. Principle of the modulation method with different carrier frequency ratios was introduced, and relationship between switching angle and modulation wave was derived, as well as switching strategy. According to this method, a simulation model of drive system with three-level inverter and induction motor was built, and asynchronous modulation, 5 frequency division synchronous modulation 3 frequency division synchronous modulation and square wave area were simulated. The simulation showed that with the method, output voltage values met the requirements of good symmetry even in case of low canier frequency ratio, and smooth switching among different modulation could also be accomplished.
