摘　　要：创业失败成本伴随着创业失败的发生而产生,是创业失败的必然产物,主要体现在创业失败对创业者财务和情感两方面造成的不同程度的消极影响。来自创业者个人及外部环境层面的相关因素会在"创业失败到失败成本"这一过程中发挥调节作用,加强或减弱创业失败到失败成本的作用过程。创业者个人层面的相关因素包括:个人资产总量、先前创业经验、非物质性投入、情感控制能力以及对失败的归因方式;外部环境层面的相关因素包括:法律法规政策以及区域文化。The costs of entrepreneurial failure generated in the occurrence of entrepreneurial failure. As the inevitable outcome of entrepreneurial failure,the costs of entrepreneurial failure is some kinds of negative effects that failure caused to entrepreneur in his property,physical,psychological,family,social relations and other aspects. The negative effects mainly reflected in two aspects,the financial aspect and emotional aspect. Currently,most studies are about the manifestations of costs of entrepreneurial failure,less research focus on the moderating effect in the process of entrepreneurial failure to the costs of entrepreneurial failure. Based on the combing and reviewing of the existed research,in this paper,we research and analysis the moderating effect of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment in the process of 'entrepreneurial failure→ costs of entrepreneurial failure'. Finally,we propose future research prospects of the costs of entrepreneurial failure.
