中和法替代水洗法生产薯蓣皂素的工艺研究

摘  要:以盾叶薯蓣为实验材料,比较水洗法与CaO中和法对薯蓣皂素得率及废水量的影响。通过料液比、水解时间、盐酸浓度、提取时间四个单因素对薯蓣皂素得率影响的研究,从中选出各因素的3个水平来进行四因素三水平的正交试验,进而确定最佳的薯蓣皂素生产工艺条件。实验结果显示,CaO中和法适用于薯蓣皂素的提取。影响薯蓣皂素得率的因素主次顺序为盐酸浓度>料液比>提取时间>水解时间,且最佳的实验条件为料液比1∶6,2 mol/L盐酸,水解6 h,提取5 h。In this study, the extraction of diosgenin from Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright and the volume of wastewater with the methods of washing and calcium oxide neutralization was investigated. The resets showed that calci- um oxide neutralization method was suitable for the extraction of diosgenin. The extraction conditions,including solld-liq- uid ratio, time of hydrolysis, hydrochloric acid concentration and extraction time, were optimized using diosgenin yield as index. Three levels of the four factors were chosen to carry out an L9 (34 ) orthogonal test. The orthogonal experimental results indicated that the importance of the four investigated factors were as follows:hydrochloric acid concentration 〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction time 〉 time of hydrolysis. The optimal conditions were 1:6 as the solid-liquid ratio,2 mol/ L of hydrochloric acid concentration,6 h as the hydrolysis time,5 h as the extraction time.
