摘　　要：脑卒中和糖尿病都是营养相关性疾病,脑卒中后的营养教育和管理是治疗中的重要组成部分。脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的营养管理,首先应建立营养风险评估体系。现综述脑卒中合并糖尿病患者营养风险评估的研究现状,旨在为脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的营养管理提供依据。Stroke and diabetes mellitus are nutrition-related disease, nutrition education and management is an important part of treatment after stroke. Nutritional risk screening is the priority for nutrition management of stroke patients with diabetes mellitus. This article summarizes the research status of nutritional risk screening among stroke patients with diabetes mellitus, aiming at pro- viding the basis for the nutrition management of stroke patients with diabetes mellitus.
