亚热带正常BMI室内工作者维生素D营养状况初探

摘　　要：目的初步了解我国亚热带城市体质指数（BMI）正常的室内工作者的维生素D（VD）营养水平与其脂肪含量、血脂水平的关系。方法以立意抽样的方法和特定的纳入标准，从深圳这一亚热带城市的某事业单位的150余名在职员工中征集到BMI正常（18．5≤BMI〈24）、21～55岁的志愿者，男25人、女31人，用IDS公司的酶联免疫试剂盒检测空腹血清25（OH）D，生物电阻抗法和皮褶厚度法测算体脂率，全自动生化分析仪检测血清总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等血脂指标。结果BMI正常范围内，男、女两组室内工作者的血清25（OH）D浓度分别为53．1±16．9、48．6±11．7（nmol／L），差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但女性VD缺乏和不足的合并发生率有高于男性的趋势（0．05〈P〈0．10）。未能检出血清25（OH）D水平与BMI、体脂率、血脂等的显著相关性。结论亚热带城市体质指数正常的男、女室内工作者普遍存在VD缺乏和不足的现象，应合理增加户外Et光照射或口服VD补充剂来改善VD营养状况。Objective To preliminarily understand the nutritional status of vitamin D （VD） and its association with body fat, blood lipid level in the indoor staff with normal body mass index （BMI） from Chinese subtropical cities. Methods By the purposive sampling method and the specific inclusion criteria, 25 male and 31 female vohmteers with normal BMI （18.5 ≤ BMI 〈24） and 21-55 years of age were recruited from an institution with more than 150 staff in Shenzhen, a subtropical city. Fasting serum 25 （OH） D was determined with the EIA kit of IDS Ltd., body fat percentage was estimated by bioelectrical impedance and skinfold thickness, and the serum lipids （total cholesterol, total triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol） were measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer. Results With BMI in the normal range, male and female volunteers had serum 25 （OH） D concentrations at 53.1 - 16.9 and 48.6 - 11.7 （nmol / L） respectively, and was not significantly different （P〉0.05）. The combined prevalence of VD deficiency and insufficiency in women tended to be higher than that in men （0.05 〈P 〈0.10） No significant relationship was existed between serum 25 （OH） D and BMI, body fat, and serum lipid concentrations. Conclusion Low VD status is generally existed in both male and female indoor staff of Chinese subtropical city, and proper sunshine exposure or oral VD supplements should be taken to improve their VD nutritional status.
