摘　　要：自然灾害风险分类是风险管理的基础工作。在综述现有自然灾害风险分类的基础上,提出了以灾害风险管理需求为先导、以自然灾害种类为实体、以灾害风险后果为特征的自然灾害风险综合分类体系。运用平行分类法,构建了我国主要自然灾害风险综合分类图谱。从自然灾害风险管理需求角度,分为可接受风险、可忍受风险、不可接受风险。自然灾害种类主要列出我国常见的16种自然灾害。从灾害风险后果角度,分为生命风险、经济风险、生态环境风险、社会安全风险;三个分类序列及其分类结果互为平行,其相互组合后构成自然灾害风险综合分类体系及类型命名模式。Risk classification of natural disaster is the fundamental work for risk management. Based on previous studies, taking the disaster risk management needs as the guide, the natural disaster type as entities, and the consequences of disaster risk as the characteristics, this paper puts forward the framework of integrated classification of natural disaster risk in China. Using parallel classification, this paper proposes the pattern of integrated taxonomy of primary natural disaster risk in China. Form disaster risk management needs, natural disaster risks are classified as acceptable risk, tolerable risk and unacceptable risk; from natural disaster types, natural disaster ,risk are classified into 16 main natural disasters in China; from disaster risk consequences, natural disaster risks are classified as life risk, economic risk, eco-environmental risk and social security risk. These three classifications of natural disaster risks are parallel, and after combined with each other, it can be used to describe the integrated classification system of natural disaster risk and to provide a class naming mode in China.
