摘　　要：采用文献回顾方法,复习了中医古典至近现代文献中关于从痰证论治癌症/肿瘤及抑郁症的相关理论,提出"恶痰内阻"为癌症/肿瘤并发抑郁症的根本原因,为从痰论治癌症/肿瘤并发抑郁症提供部分理论基础,丰富和发展了本课题组提出的"肿瘤痰证学说"理论内涵。In this study, after reviewing literatures about cancer, depression and phlegm syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） , we concluded that internal malignant phlegm pathogen is the basic cause of the cancer/tumor concurrent depression （CCD）. This conclusion has provided some basic theories for the treatment of CCD based on phlegm syndrom of TCM. It has developed the theory of tumor based on phlegm syndrom of traditional Chinese medicine.
