摘　　要：将质量机能展开功能应用于面向多元需求的本科生培养过程质量控制研究中,通过质量需求和质量特性展开构建本科生培养质量屋,并在设定关键控制点的基础上,运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对本科生培养过程质量进行评价,为培养单位的本科生培养质量管理提供理论支持。The quality function deployment method is applied to the quality and control study of undergraduate＇s cultivation process.By quality demand and quality property deployment, the text builds a House of Quality about undergraduate＇s cultivation, and on the base of setting the key control point, employs Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process （FHAP） method to evaluate the undergraduate＇s cultivation process,which supplies theoretical support for the quality management activities of cultivation organization.
