子宫不典型平滑肌瘤的超微结构观察

摘　　要：目的了解电镜下子宫不典型平滑肌瘤细胞的超微结构特点。方法选择光镜诊断的4例子宫不典型平滑肌瘤组织标本,在电镜下观察细胞的超微结构。结果子宫不典型平滑肌瘤的细胞排列不规则;细胞核大、核的形态极不规则、核切迹很深;核内染色质明显、可见核小体;核仁粗大明显、部分呈网状或同心圆层状分布;胞质内的细胞器较丰富、粗细肌丝排列紊乱、无明显密斑密体。结论子宫不典型平滑肌瘤起源于平滑肌细胞,是平滑肌瘤的异常表型,呈现细胞分化不成熟和合成功能增强的恶性超微病理特点。Objective To investigate the ultrastructural characteristics of uterine atypical leiomyoma under electronic microscope. Methods The 4 cases of atypical leiomyoma diagnosed by optical microscope, their ultrastructure were observed with electronic microscope. Results The arrangement of cells were unregular, the cell nuclear was large and unregular,which had deeply incisure, the chromatin in nuclear was obvious, and had nucleosome. The nucleolus was coarse and obvious, which some showed reticulate or concentric. The cell organ was rich in kytoplasm and the arrangement about myofilament of thick and thin was disorder, no dense body and dense patch was seen al- most. Conclusion The atypical leiomyoma origins from smooth muscle. It is the abnormal phenotype of leiomyoma. It shows malignant feature of ultrastructural pathology, which differentiate immaturity, and the function of synthesis is enhanced.
