牙龈癌患者血清中IL-6和IL-8的水平测定

摘　　要：目的探导血清白介素(IL)-6和IL-8的水平变化与牙龈癌发生、发展及浸润、转移的关系。方法入组46例牙龈癌患者(均经病理细胞学证实且术前未经过肿瘤相关的医学治疗)、30例牙龈瘤良性患者,并以40例同期健康体检者为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测3组研究对象血清中IL-6和IL-8水平。结果对照组(IL-6:34.25±9.68及IL-8:44.16±10.28)、牙龈瘤良性患者组(IL-6:41.74±10.02及IL-8:52.63±10.87)以及牙龈癌组(IL-6:62.18±11.24及IL-8:73.27±12.42)之间IL-6和IL-8水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。牙龈癌患者血清IL-6和IL-8水平与患者的临床分期及转移有关(P均<0.05)。结论 IL-6和IL-8可能参与了牙龈癌发生、发展的全过程,两者的水平变化可间接反映牙龈癌的生物学行为和预后,对其监测具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level changes of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum and the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of gingival cancer. Methods The serum levels of IL-6 and IL- 8 in the 46 cases of gingival cancer,30 cases of benign epulis and 40 healthy control were tested by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results There were significantly different in the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 among the control group （ IL-6 ： 34.25 ± 9.68 ,IL-8 ： 44.16 ± 10.28 ） ,the benign epulis group （ IL-6 ： 41.74 ±10.02 ,IL- 8 ： 52.63 ±10.87 ） and the gingival cancer group （ IL-6 ： 62.18 ± 11.24, IL-8 ： 73.27± 12.42 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the gingival cancer were related with the clinical stage and metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion IL-6 and IL-8 may be involved in the occurrence and development of gingival cancer. Their level changes can reflect the biological behavior and prognosis of gingival cancer.
