上肢骨转移瘤性病理性骨折19例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨上肢骨转移瘤性病理性骨折的临床处理及治疗疗效。方法 19例上肢骨转移瘤性病理性骨折患者均接受相应的手术治疗,并观察治疗后患者VAS评分、生活质量及肢体功能情况。结果 19例患者术后VAS评分为(3.0±0.5)分,低于术前的(9.0±1.1)分(P<0.05)。全组19例患者的生活质量改善率为84.2%,肢体功能优良率为89.5%。结论上肢骨转移瘤性病理性骨折接受手术后疼痛明显减轻,肢体功能明显改善,生活质量明显提高。Objective To explore the clinical treatment and efficacy of upper limb pathological fracture after bone metastasis. Methods Nineteen cases of upper limb pathological fracture after bone metastasis were treated with corresponding operation, and the VAS score, quality of life and limb function after treatment were observed. Results Of the 19 cases, the postoperative VAS score （ 3.0 ±0. 5 ） was lower than that before the operation （9.0 ± 1.1 ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement rate of quality of life was 84.2% , and the excellent and good rate of limb function was 89.5%. Conclusion For the upper limb pathological fracture after bone metastasis, suitable operation can improve the VAS scores, limb function and quality of life.
