摘　　要：提出了高速公路汽车慢行对交通量的影响问题,构建了高速公路交通状态模型,并作了交通特性分析.从运动学的角度对高速公路汽车慢行对交通量的影响程度作了理论计算,说明了高速公路限制最低速度和分道限速的必要性,并给出了开展广泛宣传和严格执法的建议.The traffic impact problem of highway slow vehicles is put forward,then the highway traffic state model is built,and the traffic characteristics are analysed. From kinematics analysis,the impact degree of highway slow vehicles on traffic is theoretically calculated,and the necessity of the lowest speed limit and the separation speed limit is explained. At last,the suggestions of extensive publicity and strict law enforcement are given.
