摘 要:目的编制护士职业获益感问卷并检验问卷的信效度。方法采用目的抽样法选择护理管理、临床护理、护理科研和心理学领域各3名共12名专家为咨询专家。根据前期质性访谈并参考国内外相关研究作为问卷条目池和构想维度的主要来源,经过两轮德尔菲法专家咨询确定施测问卷内容,广泛征求临床护士意见校正语义的准确性。便利抽样法选择上海2所三级甲等医院临床护士274名为施测对象,采用该问卷进行调查,检验其信效度。结果护士职业获益感问卷探索性因子分析共产生5个因子,解释总变异的65.031%;内容效度指数I-CVI为0.83~i.00,内部一致性系数为0.821~0.958,分半信度系数为0.813-0.938。结论护士职业获益感问卷信效度较好,符合心理测量的要求,可作为我国护士职业获益感测评工具。Establ Objective To develop an evaluation tool of nurses' perceived professional benefits and examine its reliability and validity. Methods By Purposive sampling, totally 12 experts major in nursing management,clinical nursing, nursing research and psychological nursing were consulted with 3-round consultation. Items were formed by qualitative research and other related researches. With 2-round Delphi method, content of the questionnaire was finally identified, and The first draft of the questionnaire was developed according to qualitative interviews, accuracy of the calibration semantics was corrected by repeated consultation. And then the formal questionnaire was formed after the experts' consultation and a survey of 274 nurses. Results The principal components factor analysis with orthogonal rotation was conducted and yielded five factors based on the criteria of Eigen values greater than 1.00, explaining 65. 031% of the total sample variance. Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the questionnaire ranged from 0. 821 to 0. 958, split-half reliability ranged from 0. 813 to 0. 938,and the item-CVI ranged from 0.83 to 1.00. Conclusion With high reliability and validity, the questionnaire is an effective evaluation tool of nurses' perceived professional benefits.
