摘　　要：河北钢铁集团自整合组建以来,其生产规模已跻身全国同行业前列,但却大而不强。通过对近三年的财务报表进行成长性分析,发现集团还存在着后劲不足的问题,必须进一步挖掘整合效益,充分调整产品工艺结构,不断加大科技创新力度,持续强化各环节运行管理,全面实施多元化发展战略,才能使集团的成长性得到质的提升。Hebei Iron ＆ Steel Group has become big but not strong since it was founded, though its production scale came out top in the industry. The analysis on the growth of financial statements in recent three years reveals an insufficient stamina in the future development. To ensure the improvement of growth in essence, the group ought to explore more benefits from integration, adjust the technical struc- ture of the products, enhance constantly the innovation of science and technology, strengthen the manage- ment on the running of all sessions and actualize the diversified strategies.
