摘　　要：目的研究兔下颌骨骨折愈合过程中IGF-1及VEGF的变化规律及其作用,不同时期IGF-1与VEGF的相关性,为联合使用各种骨生长因子在临床治疗中加快骨折愈合提供一定的理论基础。方法 24只日本大耳白兔随机分成6组,分别为假手术组(对照组),牵张后1天组、1周组、2周组、4周组、6周组。骨折组随机选取一侧下颌骨行截骨手术,造成骨折模型,采用X线、免疫组化方法检测兔下颌骨骨折愈合过程中IGF-1及VEGF的表达情况。结果 IGF-1与VEGF在骨折愈合过程中都有高表达且具有时间依赖性。结论 IGF-1与VEGF相互协调共同参与调控骨折愈合过程。Objective To investigate the expression of IGF-1 and VEGF and their correlationship in rabbit mandibu- lar fracture healing. Methods 24 Japanese white rabbit were divided into operation group and non-operation group. Transverse osteotomy were made on either side in operation group. X-ray examination was done on 1 day and 1,2,4,6 week after operation and the specimens from the fracture site were taken on these days respectively. The expression of IGF-1 and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results High expression of IGF-1 and VEGF were detected during the fracture healing. Conclusion IGF-1 and VEGF coordinately participate the process of fracture healing.
