摘 要:目的评价明胶-白芨胶/丹参多孔材料的组织相容性。方法以明胶和白芨胶为基质材料,复合丹参提取液,制备多孔材料及其浸提液。参照ISO10993-1标准,浸提液与L929细胞共同培养,观察材料细胞毒性。通过试验和皮下植入试验,评价此材料的组织相容性。结果实验材料与L929细胞共同培养时,细胞生长良好,未见毒性反应;材料植入大鼠皮下,于术后第3天、1、2、3、4、6、8周取材观察。材料在体内约8周内完全降解,无明显炎症和异物排斥反应,符合规定。结论明胶-白芨胶/丹参多孔材料与大鼠组织具有良好的组织相容性,具备成为组织工程皮肤支架的条件。Objective To evaluate the Tissue compatibility of gelatin - bletilla/Salvia - mihiorrhiza as porous material. Methods Salvia - mihiorrhiza was combined into the membranes composed of gelatin and bletilla. They had been prepared to be a sponge - like porous material. Reference to standard of ISO10993 - 1, Leaching liquor of material was co - cultured with L929 cell. The tissue biocompatibility of material was evaluated by implantation test in vivo of rat. Results Leaching liquor of the material did not cause cytotoxicity to L929 cell when they were co -cultured. At the day 3 and lst,2nd,3rd,4th,6th,Sthweek after implantation, the materials were observed after taking out of bodies. Materials was degradated and absorbed entirely in vivo during 8week without significant inflammation or reject reaction. Conclu- sions The gelatin - bletilla/Salvia - mihiorrhiza as porous material had qualifications to be a scaffold of tissue - engineering skin because of good tissue compatibility in tissue of rats.
