摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机(SRM)位置传感器带来的较多弊端,提出一种新的转子位置估计方案。电机静止启动时,采用高频电压脉冲注入法获得电机初始位置三相电感信息,通过空间电感矢量模型实现转子初始位置检测。电机启动后并正常驱动运行时,则利用简化电感模型与转子电角度之间的反余弦关系估计出转子位置角。该转子位置估计方案无需SRM电磁特性数据和任何外加硬件,实现过程简单可靠。最终通过仿真和实验表明,在电感线性区域到饱和非线性区域全域范围内,该转子位置估计方案均具有较高的估计精确度,估计误差小于2?,且估计精确度随电感的饱和程度的加深而提高。As position sensor of switched reluctance motor (SRM) brings too many disadvantages, a new sensorless control method for switched reluctance motor was proposed. At standstill, the DC bus voltage was applied to all the phases over a short time to compute three phase inductances. The initial rotor position was obtained by computing the angle of the space vector of inductance model. During the rotation, the rotor position angles were estimated through arccosine relationship between simple inductance and angle. This method of rotor position estimation don' t require magnetic characteristics of motor and additional hardware. And the realization of the process is simple and reliable. Experimental and simu- lation results show the high rotor position estimation accuracy of the proposed method at all the region from inductance linear region to nonlinear region. The error is less than 2degrees. And the estimation accuracy is improved with the deepening saturation degree of inductance.
