摘　　要：目的探讨原发性十二指肠癌的临床特点及手术并发症。方法回顾分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院2007年1月至2012年12月期间收治的87例原发性十二指肠癌患者临床资料。结果本组病例主要症状为黄疸、上腹部疼痛等;肿瘤多位于十二指肠降部,以腺癌为主。手术治疗80例,主要并发症有胰瘘、术后出血、胆瘘等。结论本病症状无明显特异性,早期诊断有一定难度,手术治疗并发症较多较重。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of primary duodenal cancer and surgical complications. Methods The clinical data of 87 cases of the primary duodenal cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The major clinical manifestations of these patients were jaundice,epigastric pain and other symptoms. The primary duodenal cancer was mostly located in the descending duodenum. The type of pathological mostly was adenocarcinoma. Eighty cases were operated. The main complications were pancreatic fistula,postoperative bleeding,biliary fistula,etc. Conclusion There are no apparent specific clinical manifestations on the primary duodenal cancer,thus it's difficult to make early diagnosis. There are many serious complications of surgery.
