摘  要:目的探讨PBL法在口腔内科临床实习中的教学效果。方法将2010年5月至2012年6月在口腔内科临床实习的40位学生随机分成PBL组和对照组,每组各20位。比较PBL组和对照组在出科考试成绩上有无差异,分析学生对PBL的反馈意见。结果 PBL组出科理论考试成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且学生反馈在临床实习中应用PBL法后在自学能力、学习主动性、医患沟通及临床综合分析能力等方面均有显著提高。结论 PBL法在口腔内科临床实习中的教学应用能提高学生临床学习的自学能力、医患沟通能力以及综合思维能力,从而大大提高了临床实习效果。Objective To explore the result of PBL ( Problem - Based Learning) in teaching of oral medicine in clinical practice. Methods Forty students from May 2010 to April 2012 in oral medicine clinical were randomly divided into two groups: PBL( Problem - Based Learning) group and control group, with 20 cases in each. The difference in score of the two groups was compared, and the feedback of the application of PBL method from students was analyzed. Results The scores of PBL group were significantly better than those of the control( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the feedback results showed that PBL group students'interest in learning, doctorpatient communication and clinical diagnosis and treatment capacity were definitely improved over the course of the teaching of PBL method. Conclusion The self - learning ability, innovative thoughts of undergraduates, doctor - patient communication skills, etc are developed by PBL teaching, thus it has greatly improved the effect of clinical practice.
