摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗小肠胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor，GIST）的安全性、可行性和临床疗效。方法：收集我院2005年1月至2013年1月腹腔镜手术治疗的65例小肠GIST病人的临床资料，分析术后恢复及疗效。结果：65例病人均顺利完成腹腔镜手术，无中转开腹。平均手术时Ihq（85±38）min，平均手术出血量（20±12）mL．平均切口长度（4±1）cm。术后中位排气时间为2（1～4）d，中位住院时间为7（5～20）d。4例（6．1％）发生术后并发症．经非手术治疗后痊愈。中位随访时间50（6～102）个月．术后死亡1例、复发2例。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗小肠GIST是安全、可行的．具有创伤小和恢复快等优势，并能弥补内镜和影像学诊断的不足。Objective To investigate the safety, feasibility and efficacy of the laparoscopic resection of small bowel stromal tumor. Methods There were 65 patients who underwent radical laparoscopic resection of small bowel stromal from Jan 2005 to Jan 2013. The medical records of these cases were reviewed retrospectively with analysis of operative data, postoperative recovery data and clinical efficacy. Results Afl the laparoseopic operations were performed successfully without convertion to open. The mean operative time was （85±38） min and blood loss （20±12） mL and incision length （4±1） cm. The median time for postoperative flatus-passed was 2（ 1-4）d and hospital stay time 7（5-20） d. There were 4 postoperative complications cured by the conversative treatment. The median follow up time was 50（6-102）months. One patient died and two patients recurred. Conclusions Laparoscopic resection of small bowel stromal tumor is safe, feasible and effective. The advantages of laparoscopic resection include not only small incision and fast recovery, but also laparoscopic diagnosis when endoscopic or radiological examination fail to find the tumor.
