摘　　要：目的了解鲁西冀南一带早产儿视网膜病变（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）的发病情况，分析ROP发生的危险因素。方法采用横断面调查研究设计。对2010年1月至2013年1月在聊城市第二人民医院新生儿科重症监护病房（neonatal intensive care unit，NICU）收治的早产儿和低体重儿进行筛查。结果此次调查研究发现，576例受检儿中共筛查出不同程度的ROP患儿67例，其中男43例，女24例；均为双眼患病；ROP检出率为11．63％，ROP组与正常眼底组在出生孕周（gestational age，GA）、出生体重（birthweight，BW）、是否并发新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（respiratory distress syndrome，RDS）、是否并发新生儿肺炎（Neonatal pneumonia）方面存在差异；GA、BW、RDS是ROP发病的独立的危险因素。结论鲁西冀南一带ROP的检出率为11．63％，与周边地区报道的数据相比略低，要进一步规范早产儿用氧，预防早产，在挽救生命的同时，将ROP的发生率降到最低，以提高患儿的生存质量。Objective To understand in the western Shandong and Southern Hebei area, the reti-nopathy of prematurity incidence, analysis the risk factors for the development of ROP. Methods A cross-sectional survey research, design, From the January 2010 to January 2013 premature and low birth weight infants in our hospital neonatal intensive care units were screened. Results Sixty-seven cases were diagnosed as ROP in 576 cases, 43 cases were male, 24 female; both bilateral disease; the positive rate of ROP was 11.63%, ROP group and normal fundus group were different in gestational week, birth weight, i neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and neonatal pneumonia; GA, BW, RDS was the independent risk factors in ROP. Conclusions The area ROP detection rate is 11.63%, and lower than the surrounding area, we should further standardize the infants oxygen, the prevention of preterm birth, in saving lives, reduce the incidence rate of ROP at the same time, in order to improve the quality of life of children.
