摘　　要：加快实现公司治理建设由合规性向有效性的转变,探讨新形势下的公司治理模式发展和最佳治理实践是当今理论界与企业界面临的新课题。在此背景下,以"公司治理有效性与治理模式创新"为主题的第七届公司治理国际研讨会于2013年9月7-8日在南开大学商学院隆重召开。国内外专家通过主题报告、专题会场、圆桌论坛等方式进行了深入的交流和探讨,就公司治理有效性、治理模式创新、企业制度创新、完善内外部治理、家族企业治理及国有企业治理模式等方面达成重要共识,并为公司治理理论与实践的发展指明了方向。Under the current situation, the theory and practice of corporate governance are facing with two new tasks, which are： how to speed up the transition from compliance to effectiveness, and the innovation of corporate governance mode and best practices. In this background, the 7th International Symposium on Corporate Gover- nance themed ＂the Effectiveness of Corporate Governance and the Innovation of Governance Mode＂ was held at Business School of Nankai University from September 7 to 8, 2013. Through keynote report, theme based seminars and round-table BBS, experts at home and abroad made in-depth discussions, and gained consensus on the following aspects： the effectiveness of corporate governance, the innovation of governance model, the innovation of enterprise system, the improvement of internal and external governance, the governance mode of family business and state-owned business. Those above discussions have indicated the development direction of corporate governance theory and practice.
