摘　　要：Twin block运用于临床矫治以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类1分(简称Ⅱ1)类骨性错牙合患者取得了良好的疗效。国内外学者对该矫治器在治疗过程中如何影响颌骨、牙槽骨及软组织侧貌的变化存在争议。文中就Twin block对下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ1类错畸形患者引起硬、软组织变化的研究进展作一综述。Satisfactory efficacy has been achieved in patients with Angle＇s Ⅱ^1 bone malocclusion mainly with mandibular retrusion treated by Twin block. Scholars at home and abroad have controversial idea on the changes of the diseases of the jaw and alveolar bone and soft tissue profile induced by the application of Twin block. This article reviews the research progress of the hard and soft tissue changes in Angle＇s Ⅱ^1 bone malocclusion mainly with mandibular retrusion treated by Twin block.
