老年与中青年脑梗死患者淋巴细胞亚群的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄阶段脑梗死患者与淋巴细胞亚群的关系。方法选择101例临床确诊的急性脑梗死(ACI)患者,分成老年ACI组(66例)和中青年ACI组(35例)。选择对照组50例,应用流式细胞分析仪检测ACI患者和对照组外周血中淋巴细胞亚群相对计数。结果①老年脑梗死患者与正常对照组比较:CD8+T和CD19+B细胞百分率升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD4/CD8和CD4+T细胞百分率降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD3+T细胞百分率变化不明显(P>0.05)。②中青年脑梗死患者与正常对照组相比较:CD4+T细胞百分率和CD4/CD8降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而CD3+T、CD8+T和CD19+B细胞百分率变化不明显(P>0.05)。③老年ACI组患者与中青年ACI组患者比较:CD8+T和CD19+B细胞百分率升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD3+T、CD4+T细胞百分率和CD4/CD8比较变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论 ACI患者体内淋巴细胞亚群发生重新分布,尤其老年ACI淋巴细胞亚群变化显著,这为我们在临床治疗中提供了新的思路。Objective To study the role of lymphocyte subsets in patients with acute cerebral infarction( ACI) of different ages.Methods 101 cases with ACI were chosed in our research and divided into old group( ≥65years,n = 66) and middle young group( < 65 years,n = 35). 50 healthy individuals was chosed as the control group. The peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets relative counting were detected by flow cytometry analysis. Results① Compared with the control group: the percentage of CD8+T and CD19+B cell were significantly higher,while the percentage of CD4+T cell and the rate of CD4 / CD8 were lower notably in old group( P< 0.05),but there was no notable difference in the percentage of CD3+T cell( P>0.05). ②Compared with the control group: the percentage of CD4+T cell and the rate of CD4 / CD8T were lower notably in middle young group( P< 0.05),while there was no notable difference in the percentage of CD3+T,CD19+B and CD8+T cell( P>0.05). ③ Compared with middle young group: the percentage of CD8+T and CD19+B cell were significantly higher in old group( P<0.05),while there were no notable difference in the percentage of CD4+T,CD3+T cell and the rate of CD4 / CD8( P>0.05).Conclusion The distribution of lymphocyte subsets in the patients with ACI changed,especially in old group. It is worthy to pay attention to the role of lymphocyte subsets in clinical medicine.
