前方牵引矫治器治疗早期骨性反牙合临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前方牵引矫治器对骨性Ⅲ类错牙合矫治的作用效果。方法:对13例骨性反牙合患者采用前方牵引器进行矫治,比较治疗前后的临床效果以及头影X线测量结果。结果:13名骨性反牙合患者矫治后的侧面外观改善,前牙正常覆牙合、覆盖关系以及后牙中性关系重新建立。治疗前后SNA和ANB角度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:前方牵引矫治器可以促进上颌骨同时抑制下颌骨向前发育,调整上下颌骨位置关系,对骨性Ⅲ类错牙合的早期治疗有良好的矫治效果。Objective To observe the protraction appliance on skeletal class III malocclusion correction and effects. Methods 13 cases of skeletal crossbite patients with protraction for correction, before and after treatment and the clinical effects of cephalometric X-ray measurements. Results 13 patients with skeletal crossbite side after treatment to improve the appearance of the front teeth cover normal overbite and posterior neutral relationship between re-established. SNA and ANB angle before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Protraction appliance can promote the maxilla while inhibiting the growth of the mandible forward, adjust the upper and lower jaw position relationship of skeletal class III malocclusion early treatment with good treatment effect.
