摘　　要：目的:探讨牙列缺损伴重度磨耗的咬合重建修复。方法:对18例牙列缺损伴重度磨耗病例,通过一系列治疗,最终用固定义齿修复、活动义齿修复或固定活动联合修复方法进行咬合重建。结果:患者均感咀嚼功能提高、舒适性良好、面型改善、颞下颌关节无不适。结论:合适的咬合重建修复可恢复患者正常的咀嚼功能、恢复面型。Objective To evaluate the occlusal reconstruction of dentition defect with severe dental attrition repair. Methods 18 cases with dentition defects and severe teeth attrition, through a series of treatment and eventually repaired or fixed with fixed dentures,removable partial denture occlusal reconstruction activities joint repair methods. Results Patients sense of masticatory function increases, improvement, Temporomandibular joint with good comfort and face no discomfort. Conclusion Proper occlusal reconstruction can restore normal chewing function, restore face, improvement of temporo- mandibular joint disorder symptoms
