摘　　要：目的探索青年及老年大肠癌组织中变异型P-53(Mt-p53)的表达是否存在差异及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测20例青年、老年大肠癌组织中Mt-p53的表达、细胞定位情况,比较两组织中Mt-p53的表达差异。采用RT-PCR技术检测7例青年大肠癌及11例老年大肠癌中Mt-p53 mRNA的相对表达量,比较两组之间是否存在差异。结果 Mt-p53在大肠癌组织中的表达定位于细胞核,其在青年大肠癌组织中的表达水平高于老年大肠癌组(P<0.05)。Mt-p53在大肠癌的表达与分化程度有关,与其他病理学参数之间无关(P>0.05)。Mt-p53 mRNA在青年大肠癌组织中的表达量明显高于老年大肠癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青年大肠癌中Mt-p53的表达明显高于老年大肠癌,提示其可能是调控青年大肠癌与老年大肠癌不同机制的重要蛋白。Objective To explore the differential expression of Mt-p53 in young and old colorectal cancer patients. Methods Immunohistochemical methods was used to detect the expression and cellular localization of Mt-p53 protein in 20 cases of young and old colorectal cancer tissues. Their expression differences were compared between two groups. RT-PCR technology was used to detect the relative expression levels of Mt-p53 mRNA in 7 cases of young colorectal cancer and 11 cases of old colorectal cancer. The expressing differences were compared between two groups. Results The expression of Mt-p53 protein in eolorectal cancer tissue located in the nucleus, and its expression level in young colorectal cancer was higher than that in old patients （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of Mt-p53 protein in eolorectal cancer was related to differentiation degree, but not related to other clinieopathological parameters （P 〉 0.05）. The expression level of Mt-p53 mRNA in young colorectal cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in old colorectal cancer （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Mt-p53 protein in young colorectal cancer is higher than that in old patients. This may show that young and old colorectal cancer have different pathogenesis.
