摘　　要：浙江大学宁波理工学院生物与化学工程实验教学中心坚持"以生为本、培养高素质应用型人才"的教育理念,明确省级实验教学示范中心的建设目标,从管理运行机制、实验队伍、实验教学体系、教学手段和方法等方面展开探索建设,取得了丰富成果。实践表明:示范中心建设提高了独立学院的实验教学质量和人才培养水平。Based on the specific construction target of the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center, the exploration and practice are given in the management and operating mechanism, faculty system, experimenlal teaching systems, experimental teaching method with significant achievements, which shows （hat the quality of experimental teaching and the Ievel of talent cultivation are increased rapidly in independent colleges.
