脑血管疾病患者血清中S-100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶及降钙素原含量变化的研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测脑血管疾病患者血清中的S-100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及降钙素原(PCT)的含量,探讨脑血管疾病不同患者类别的血清中S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT含量的变化以及三者之间的相关性。方法用电化学发光和酶联免疫荧光分析技术的方法,对76例脑血管疾病患者及25例健康对照组的血清S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT的水平进行测定,比较不同患者类别的血清S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT的含量差异,采用pearson法进行相关性分析。结果脑血管疾病不同患者类别的血清S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT的含量均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义,并且随着病情的严重程度,血清S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT的含量也明显增高,其中,血清S-100β蛋白与NSE水平呈正相关(P<0.05);S-100β蛋白与PCT含量间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑血管疾病不同患者类别的血清S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT的含量均明显增高。血清S-100β蛋白、NSE及PCT含量高低不仅可以为临床提供定量信息,而且也是判断病情以及评估预后提供重要的指标。Objective By detecting level of serum S-100β protein, NSE and PCT in patients with cerebravascular disease, to discuss the content changes in different disease conditions and the correlation be- tween serum S-100β protein and NSE, NSE and PCT, S-100β protein and PCT. Methods The content of changes of serum S-100β protein, NSE and PCT in 76 patients with cerebravascular disease and 25 normal control were measured by the electrochemical luminescence method and enzyme linked immune fluorescence analysis technique. The correlation between serum S-100β protein and NSE,NSE and PCT,S-100β protein and PCT were aslo made by peaeson ways. Results The level of serum S-100β protein,NSE and PCT in pa- tients with cerebravascular disease was apparently higher than that of control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant,all P 〈0.05,and the level of serum S-10013 protein,NSE and PCT increased significantly in patiens with severity of the disease, the levelsof serum S-100β protein has postive correlation with level of NSE and PCT. Conclusion The level of serum S-100β protein, NSE and PCT increased significantly in patients with cerebravascular disease. The serum S-100β protein, NSE and PCT not only provides quantitative informa- tion for the clinical, but aslo serves as an important parameter of assessina the prognosis.
