妇科病房无缝隙护理的管理探析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科病房的无缝隙护理管理效果。方法选取我院2011年9月至2012年7月收治的360例妇科患者,按照随机分配的方法,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组180例。研究组给予无缝隙护理管理,对照组给予基础护理,对比两组的临床护理效果、护理满意度。结果经过护理后,研究组临床疗效、护理满意度均明显优于对照组,两组对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针对妇科病房患者,进行无缝隙护理管理,可有效提高治疗有效率,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of gynecological ward without gap of nursing management. Methods 360 cases of gynecological patients in our hospital from September 2011 to July 2012 were randomly assigned, in accordance with the method, which is divided into the study group and control group, each group of 180 cases. Study group was given non-break nursing management; the control group was given basic nursing, nursing effect of clinical nursing care, compared two groups of satisfaction. Results After nursing, clinical nursing satisfaction, the study group was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients in gynecological ward, seamless nursing management, can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, reduce complications, worthy of clinical application.
