摘  要:[目的]探讨颅内段视神经损伤后不同时间点的视神经形态学及视觉诱发电位的改变。[方法]模仿临床上额下入路显微手术建立大鼠颅内段视神经挤压伤模型(损伤组),另外选取正常大鼠为对照组。观察损伤组不同时间点模型动物的视神经形态学及视觉诱发电位的改变并与对照组比较。[结果]损伤组可见明显的病理损伤形态学改变,视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检查均引出明显波形变化( P<0.05)。[结论]采用额下显微外科入路构建大鼠颅内段视神经损伤动物模型切实可行,视神经损伤后形态学与功能学均有显著改变。[Objective]To explore the changes of morphology and visual evoked potentials at different time points after intracranial optic nerve injury .[Methods]Rat models with intracranial optic nerve crush injury were established by the microsurgery through subfrontal approach (injury group) .Normal rats were selected as control group .The changes of morphology and visual evoked potentials in injury group were observed at different time points ,and were compared with normal control group .[Results]In injury group ,obvious pathological injury and morphological change in injury group were observed ,and obvious changes of pattern reversal visual evoked poten-tial(P-VEP) waves were evoked( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Microsurgery through subfrontal approach for establis-hing rat model of intracranial optic nerve injury is feasible .Obvious changes of morphology and visual function af-ter optic nerve injury can be seen .
