银星养脑片结合西药治疗脑外伤后认知障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银星养脑片结合西医常规治疗对脑外伤后认知障碍的临床疗效。方法将60例脑外伤后认知障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组在进行西医常规治疗的同时服用银星养脑片,对照组仅进行西医常规治疗,30 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率和认知评定成套系统测验(LOTCA)结果。结果治疗组总显效率高于对照组(P<0.05),LOTCA各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银星养脑片结合西医常规治疗对于脑外伤后认知障碍有良好的疗效。Objective To with Western medicine on with cognitive disorder after observe the clinical effects of cognitive disorder after brain brain trauma were randomly Yinxing Yangnao Tablets combined trauma. Methods 60 patients divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Observation group was given Yinxing Yangnao Tablets plus routine Western medicine treatment while control group was only given Western medicine. A treatment course was 30 days. After 2 courses the total effective rate and Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment （LOTCA） results of 2 groups were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than in control group （P〈0.05）. The LOTCA scores of observation group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Yinxing Yangnao Tablets and conventional Western medicine has good curative effects on cognitive disorder after brain trauma.
